Yesterday I decided to actually use my best friend, as opposed to my Miss Dior perfume, as my model. I really wanted to experiment with my lighting studio as well as my new fascination with gif's. I decided that a perfect way to do this would be to have Kelly (my bestie) apply her makeup one step at a time so I could capture the step by step process. Kelly is a strikingly beautiful young woman but she gets even more so with each layer she applies. It was a fun process where we got to try out the whole kit and caboodle. We ran into a couple of problems with her eyes watering so close to the lights but we persevered and got through it.
Overall I think the shoot went well and turned out better than I hoped. Kelly is always a great model and ready to jump into anything that both myself and my other friends ask her to take on. Here is the final product!
